How long will balloon garlands and arches last?
Indoor balloon decor can last up to a week or longer, while outdoor balloons are more sensitive to sun, heat, and wind. We use professional-grade balloons designed to last as long as possible so your event looks picture-perfect.

Do you come back to strike (take down) the balloons?
Strike is not always included, since many clients prefer to enjoy their balloon decor for as long as possible. However, strike service is available upon request. If rentals or props are being used, we will return to pick them up.

How early should I book balloon decor for my event?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like graduations and holidays. Last-minute requests may be possible depending on our schedule.

What type of balloons do you use for your installations?
We use 100% biodegradable, high-quality latex balloons, along with premium foil and specialty balloons when requested. All of our balloons are eco-conscious and designed with a polished, high-end look.

What are your delivery and installation fees?
We offer free delivery within the Santa Clarita Valley. Delivery outside the area, including Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and surrounding cities, is based on distance, venue access, and the size of your balloon installation. An exact quote will be provided when you inquire.

Do you require a deposit and what is your cancellation policy?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the day of your event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.

What are Grab & Go Garlands?
Grab & Go Garlands are pre-built balloon garlands that you can pick up and easily hang yourself. They’re a more affordable, DIY-friendly option if you don’t need full delivery and installation.

Can balloons be set up outdoors?
Yes, balloons can be installed outdoors, but we recommend shaded or covered spaces since direct sunlight and wind can shorten their lifespan. We’ll always advise you on the best placement for outdoor balloon decor.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If you’re planning an outdoor event, we’ll work with you on a weather backup plan. Balloons are sensitive to rain, heat, and wind, so we may suggest adjusting placement or moving the installation indoors if possible.

Can I pick up balloons instead of delivery?
Yes! We offer pickup options for Grab & Go Garlands and smaller balloon decor. Larger custom installations will always include delivery and setup to ensure everything looks its best.
